Trusted Capital Homes and its owner, Ben Toaff, have been actively engaged in buying and selling properties for the past eight years. With over 1,000 completed transactions spanning more than 30 states, Trusted Capital Homes has demonstrated resilience and adaptability in various market conditions, whether in a bear or bull market.

Marketing And Lead Generation
- We invest heavily in marketing, primarily leveraging online advertising via Google Ads and Facebook to attract highly qualified and motivated seller leads for our acquisition agents.
- Our marketing strategy targets sellers facing issues such as foreclosure, inherited property, family emergencies, financial distress, overdue property taxes, and emergency relocations.
- Additional marketing channels include direct mail, telecommunications, billboards, TV, and radio advertising.
- A full-time marketing and technical support director ensures our marketing efforts deliver optimal results.
Acquisitions
- Our acquisition agents are crucial to our success, responsible for making a positive impression on potential clients and securing transactions.
- Agents gather detailed information about the property’s condition, the owner’s situation, transaction timeline, and motivation for selling.
- Equipped with market knowledge, agents present the best possible offers to sellers, aiming for win-win agreements.
- We seek agents with relevant experience, a winning personality, and a commitment to grow with the organization.
Transactions
- The team consists of two highly experienced transaction coordinators. One has twenty years experience in processing and closing files at a title company, the other is a licensed Florida title agent.
- They work diligently to ensure all parties involved in a transaction are kept up to date and address any obstructions to closing including title issues and probates.
Dispositions
- Our disposition team works hard on each deal to find a buyer and maximize our profit. They facilitate both on-market and off-market transactions.
- We utilize our network of over 6 Millions buyers and agents to find the right buyer for every deal.
- Our disposition agents are compensated primarily on commission, incentivizing them to make sure our spreads are large and our acquisitions agents receive maximum commissions.

- As the highest-grossing wholesaler in Florida and among the top 5 nationwide, our goal is to become #1 in the next 2-3 years.
- Inspired by the competitive spirits of Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, we believe that "second place is still a loser."
- Currently, with 15 full-time employees, we aim to expand to 25 by the end of 2026.
